Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! Orders will ship by 4pm CST. Any orders placed after 4pm will process the next business day. Once an order leaves our facility, we have no control over the delivery dates and times. Please check the tracking order number of your order for delivery dates and estimated delivery times.
STORE PICKUP
We do not offer Store Pickups
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free Delivery to Commercial addresses within 30 miles.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.
Some state laws and/or shipping restrictions prohibit the sales of ammunition online. Mid-Tenn Cartridge Co. will not ship orders to the following states:
-Alaska
-California
-Connecticut
-Hawaii
-Illinois
-Massachusetts
-New Jersey
-New York
-Washington DC
All orders will be shipped using UPS Ground. For large orders, Freight will be calculated once order is ready to ship. Please contact us directly for large order purchases.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not conduct any international sales or shipping.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to industry regulations, all ammunition sales are final.
Ammunition listed on our Recalls page should be returned to us immediately. Please contact us at midtenncartridgeco@gmail.com for instructions on how to return the defective product.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order is placed, it is entered into our system for processing. Cancellations can only be given if an order has not left our facility. Once the order has left our facility, federal regulations prohibit us from accepting returns. If you have to cancel an order, please email us at midtenncartridgeco@gmail.com as soon as possible to ensure your order is canceled. All canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment to be fully credited and returned to your bank.
